ZOOM
Toronto, Ontario M5G 1T3

Grab your lunch and join us for this webinar for both corporate and litigation lawyers. You will learn all about how lawyers who work with closely held companies can navigate governance challenges, including complex legal frameworks and ethical issues involved in the governance of companies.

Discussion will include:

  • Common sources of governance conflicts such as the division of roles and responsibilities between directors, owners and managers; disputes over decision-making and profits; and succession issues in family enterprises.
  • How you can help your clients avoid and resolve governance conflicts, both in and out of court.
  • Ethical issues that you may face as counsel when working with or in closely held companies and how you can manage these ethical issues.

Susan Kushneryk and Eric Morgan are partners at Kushneryk Morgan LLP, a boutique law firm that specializes in corporate governance advice and dispute resolution.
